We seek a self-motivated individual who is able to work different shifts. Duties include but are not limited to: general cleaning, floor maintenance, electrical repair, plumbing repair, painting, lawn maintenance and snow removal. Individual must be able to lift 50 lbs. This position requires the ability to complete assigned work on time and accurately with minimal supervision. The opening could lead to a full-time position for the right individual.
