Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to oversee our kitchen operations and manage our culinary staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for culinary excellence and background in asian fusion cuisine, specifically Vietnamese and Japanese food.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and kitchen staff.
  • Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and manage inventory.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and safety standards are met.
  • Develop recipes and menu
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional culinary skills and knowledge of food processing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine
